Put Some Pants On - Vol. 4
A series about pants. All types of pants. Put sum' on.

I’m not entirely driven by inspiration - but I do love good inspiration. When getting dressed, I’d say it’s central to lean on your own creativity and style backbone. Especially when putting special looks together, packing for trips, or planning looks for a season if you indeed to wear a theme.
But I can’t stress enough the importance of moodboards and style guides. They are the supporting role to your leading man (or women). And if you love fashion and clothes - and, particularly, pants - as much as I do, such inspiration is essential to your program.
This edition of Put Some Pants On is largely dialed to fashion month. New York and London shows are in the books with Milan set to wrap tomorrow. That just leaves Paris, which features a few heavy hitters that include Matthew Blazy’s Chanel debut, Jonathan Anderson’s first RTW women’s collection at Dior, and Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez continued introduction at LOEWE.
So this week you’ll see a few highlights from Louise Trotter’s impeccable Bottega Veneta debut, A$AP Rocky’s new campaign for ELLE Magazine, street style from Milan Fashion Week, and a few very well-styled strays.
Here’s to hoping this inspires you to put something on.
